Hi 4CR,
Please read the email Yen Peng sent to you all regarding the chalet.
To add on to Yen Peng's email:
The chalet is 3D2N from 4th Jan to 6th Jan.
BBQ is on 4th night ONLY. Though it starts at 6.30pm, you can come no earlier than 3pm because 3pm is the earliest we will check in.
Feel free to stay over because the chalet is big enough to accommodate enough people. See HERE. ( SEE! SO BIG! IT'S BECKONING YOU TO STAY!)
Please bring your games e.g. Twister, Taboo, Monopoly, Mahjong, Game of Life, Scrabble, Boggle, Upwords, Pictionary, Poker Cards, Uno cards, Tarot cards, Cluedo, Battleship, Mastermind, Connect Four, Backgammon, Guess Who?, Checkers, Trivial Pursuit, Risk, Snakes and Ladders etc etc etc!
We welcome you to bring snacks and drinks too.
You can take buses 3, 5, 6, 12, 17, 21, 89, 354, 358 to reach the chalet. Alight at the bus-stop (78109) at Pasir Ris Drive 3, Downtown East.
I.e. If you are taking 354 from Pasir Ris Interchange, it's the first stop.

Hi 4CR.
I guess we all know how Mr Gan once very subtly hinted we get him a custom-made shirt as a class gift, as it was the case with his previous form classes.
So as not to break the trend, break Mr Gan's heart, and break our heads and necks rushing out the shirt, I'm suggesting we throw in the designs now and make the shirt fast.
1) This website lets you create a tee design quite easily, so if you wish to use this website to create a design for Mr Gan, please do so. (Note: We are not buying the shirt from this webby because it only serves the US and Canada, but taking advantage of its design function isn't going to kill...) Post the link to your piece at the tagboard, and do inform me!
2) Can anyone recommend a reliable, inexpensive T-shirt printing shop that can print just one tee?
Otherwise we'll get the shirt printed at the t-shirt shop in TM. While designing, do take into consideration that printing on both sides will cost about $40 at this shop, while printing one side will cost about $20.
Also keep in mind that because we're printing only one shirt, tee colours (not prints) are limited.
3) Do include our class and year somewhere so Mr Gan wouldn't forget our class gave him this shirt.
4) To kickstart things I've produced a design here. (FYI under "MADE EASY" reads "4 COURAGE MMIX**". "MMIX" is 2009 in Roman numerals so don't ask me again.) This will cost about $20-$25 dollars, so I'm guessing can be absorbed by the class fund.
5) Please talk to me if you have any suggestions by 3rd JANUARY 2010.
That's when we'll get it for printing in time to give it to Mr Gan when we get our results. So if you have a lobang for reasonably priced shirts, or have a design to put up, please do so by 3rd Jan and communicate to me!
6) Most importantly, anyone is welcome to help in anyway! So don't hesitate!

Hello Courageans!
Hope you all are enjoying your holidays so far! Well if you are not and are drowning in brain-guzzling, mind-numbing, finger-tingling boredom at home, here are some good news - there will be a class outing at East Coast Park!

There, you can choose to (a) sit around, picnic and play games; and/or (b) cycle, roller-blade, skateboard etc.
[B]
Please note the items to bring:
- Extra set of clothes - in case it pours or if you choose to frolic in the sea
- Food - Beehoon, sausages, nuggets and the like are greatly welcomed (tell us in advance!), but snacks do fine too
- Picnic Mat(s)
- Games - board games, card games, ball games; just about anything
We will also be purchasing some snacks and drinks to complement the pot luck.

We will all meet at 11am @ ECP's McDonald's.
If you cannot join us in this outing, do not fret because there is still the class chalet in early January 2010 to look forward to. Once the details are ironed out, we will inform you all via this blog, so look out for it! It should be an inexpensive event as most costs will be absorbed by the class fund.
That makes everybody happy! :)
